One Session Therapy offers a unique opportunity to work through a particular concern with the guidance of our experienced counsellors. Whether you attend alone or with a friend, family member, or partner, you can tackle relationship challenges together in a supportive and focused environment.
What is One Session Therapy?
Designed for adults aged 18 and above, One Session Therapy zeroes in on one key area of your relationship. In just one hour-long session, you and your counsellor will work intensively to make meaningful progress.
In one session, you can:
- Develop a deeper understanding of empathy to enhance communication.
- Learn and practice effective listening skills.
- Discover ways to express appreciation and strengthen your relationship.
- Negotiate and reach agreements on important issues.
Flexible and Convenient
You can choose to have your session face-to-face in Kidderminster, Worcester, Bromsgrove or Cheltenham, or via webcam from the comfort of your own home. Face-to-face sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Session Fee: £90 for 60 minutes.
Please note, One Session Therapy may not be suitable for relationships affected by abuse, control issues, or if participation is not voluntary.
